What is myBigz, exactly?
Founded in 2007, myBigz is the online social network for consumer-business relations. Our clients use myBigz to connect with consumers and employers to further their businesses and careers.
The myBigz application is unique, as it allows small businesses and creative professionals to form friendships with their respective consumer clients and employers, consequently enhancing awareness and communication amongst employers and prospective clients. myBigz also offers a variety of rich media-friendly site templates that allow our customers to show the world what exactly they're all about without all the hassle of doing it themselves.

Do I have to register to view profiles?
No. You don't need to register with myBigz in order to search for and view creative professional and business profiles.
How is my privacy protected?
myBigz takes your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Agreement for further information.
Can I delete my profile if I need too?
If you ever need to remove your profile, just look for the account delete link on the bottom of your Account Info page.

If you find an error, please contact us with a description of the error you received and what you were doing when you received the error.
How can I customize my profile?
Add a bio to increase your profile visibility amongst other users. Add a profile picture and upload photos to your photo gallery. Upload a video resume or video tour of your business. Edit your FAQ and add lists of interests, skills, business keywords, etc... Upload a resume or a restaurant menu and a playlist of mp3s to show off your musical talent.

How do I go about uploading files?
File uploads are the same for all file types whether it be mp3s, resumes, or photos. Just click the edit link for the corresponding file type, then click browse, and select a file of your choice. File uploads must be of the proper file format and below the file size limit. These restrictions are listed on the upload page.
My YouTube video's not working, what's wrong?
Make sure you've entered the correct URL, which you can copy straight from your browser's address bar.

What's the community page about anyways?
It's a place for consumers to ask questions and socialize and a place for businesses and employers to develop some community awareness.
How do I search for profiles?
The search function takes two arguments, "What" and "Where". You can use either one or both at the same time to refine your search. The "What" field takes keywords and names, while the "Where" field accepts city names, states, zip codes, etc...
